"This import is definately a must-have for anyone who seeks to own all the B-sides. This particular version hails from Germany, and you will find that two of the songs on it are not available anywhere else. Tori's cover of "Do It Again" by Steely Dan is excellent! Her completely fresh and unique take on this classic rock staple once again showcases her creative range. A live version of "Cooling" was featured on To Venus and Back, but this is the only place to hear the studio version, which includes segments that were omitted during the live performance. A great buy guaranteed!"
Tori Amos knows where her spark is.

"This UK single is a beauty. Made up of the hypnotic title track, a driving in-your-face cover of Steely Dan's "Do It Again", and the wistfully poignant "Cooling." Tori goes back to her girl-and-piano roots on "Cooling," which does not have any electronic hoo-ha that has emerged in her more recent work; it's simply the girl and the piano. It is a beautiful track, and "Do It Again" is deviously delicious. I give this single the highest rating."
Hard to Find, Act Now

"Those who bought "TO VENUS AND BACK" heard the song "Cooling", where she explains was out of place on the albums "BOYS FOR PELE" and then again on "FROM THE CHORIGIRL HOTEL". So beautiful, you've gotta ask yourself: "where is the original version of this?"Here. The song, remarkable as it is, comes off even better than the live version (no easy task), and also features the songs "Spark" and the cover song "Do it Again". Tori knocks them both out of the court, putting a very "She's Your Cocaine"/"Liquid Diamonds" edge to "Do it Again" (see: "CHOIRGIRL").It is somewhat hard to find, as the most common is the one with the "Purple People"/"Bachlorette" and the "Purple People"/"Bachlorette"/"Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas". I suggest you try out this one too. You will be far, far, far from disappointment."
A short release that includes one of her greatest songs.

"The title track is from her 1998 album, "from the choirgirl hotel." Along with three color postcards, this single includes her unique cover of Steely Dan's "Do it Again" (a song fans continue to ask her to play live, but she has yet to supply). It also includes one of her best songs she has written to date" "Cooling." Originally written for her 1996 album, "Boys for Pele," "Cooling" is a beautiful composition highlighting Tori's ethereal and beautiful voice, immense talent on the piano, and poetic way with lyrics. It takes you to the core of who Tori Amos is, and afterward all you can think about is travelling through it again. It may go in through your ears, but it goes straight to your heart, never letting its relentless beauty escape from its new found home."
I LOVED IT!

"I loved this version of "Do It Again". I thought it had more of an edge compared to the Steely Dans version. "Cooling" is a wonderful song. I love the way that her voice overlapped when she sang "this is cooling". It sounded beautiful.I also loved the way she yells "DO IT AGAIN!!".Makes for a strength in the song that i don't hear in the Steely Dan version, but this could be because I am a die hard Tori Amos fan. I just really loved it. Well worth the money, and the wait."
