The debut album from powerhouse band Treason featuring contributions from Yesmen Alan White and Billy Sherwood. Originally released in February 1998, this album gives us the first glimpse of the immense talent in keyboardist/writer/producer Ted Stockwell, Treason's heartbeat and driving force. The album opens with a haunting instrumental, ?Funeral For A Dog?, a lush soundscape featuring Stockwell and guitarist Karl Haug. ?Bus Stop Door?, the first band track, thunders to the rhythms of Yes drummer Alan White and features the radio sensibilities of the well-crafted epic that it has become. ?Too Late? slams home the fantastic Led Zeppelin influenced guitar work of Karl Haug, and the precise rhythm section in Jim Dixon and Pete Stern. ?The Road? and ?Dusty Chair? slow things down and showcase the bands acoustic side, while ?Devil?s Den? displays the arrangemental genius these musicians possess, while giving us Yes? Billy Sherwood guesting on bass with band.
