If you're imagining a bunch of authentic (or neo-) rockabilly bands all actually loving the Ramones, that's not what this album documents.

The "various artists" appear to be a single band, Full Blown Cherry, and it sounds like just a hired gig for them. Some of this (especially "Cretin Hop") is pretty snappy anyway. Most of it is kinda feeble."
