Often described as 'gritty saloon jazz', 'modern speakeasy music', or 'Tom Waits in a cocktail dress', Tumbledown House incorporates lively fiddle playing, ragtime piano, indie-jazz guitar, and acoustic bass and drums to round out the storytelling of sultry vocalist, Gillian Howe.
