More Good Stuff From Texas

"Tutu is a hot young guitarist and vocalist surrounded by a class band. What you will hear on Blue Texas Soul is melodic and tonefully tasty guitar lines and other instrumentation constructed with just enough notes to make it very effective. What you won't hear is a busy mind-cluttering stampede of endless guitar solos. The playing on Blue Texas Soul is conservative and studio-clean, however, I know from experience that they can "rip it up" live. The guitar tone captured on this CD is top notch, sweet and pure electric blues with a soulful bounce. With overdue attention and hype I can visualize this guy being a major blues force a few years down the road."
