Die Tänzerin's early material comes from LP releases now normally only available on poorly-remastered CDs, and the sound quality here is definitely better.Overall, it's a pleasant collection to have for the fan of Ulla Meinecke, and a great starter if you want to introduce someone to her music. There's an amount of (easily-understood) slang in some songs, but overall the vocals are crystal-clear andwould be well-suited to a student of the german language."
