"Between Us And Them... if you own a car and have to take a motorway/highway/freeway to work, slap this CD in your car stereo and continuously play Between Us And Them. Dont get me wrong, the other tracks are great, its just this one will get you to your destination faster!!! Its real driving music! A Strangely Isolated Place is weirder but more refined. I have yet to see anyone post a review that compares most of this guys music to U2 and Eno. I think a large percentage of his stuff is based soley around With Or Without You!!! Thats not a bad thing because he takes the best of the U2/Eno sound and polishes it up a bit.On another website, there was a big discussion regarding the way Ulrich Schnauss puts his music together. Well who gives a monkey's about that. If he can knock good music together sat at his PC in his back bedroom then good on him. If everyone could do it, they would be wouldnt they? Eh?I look forward to hearing more..."

"Fresh, dreamy, beautiful electronica. Easily one of the better disks I have bought in a while (have several hundred). Not revolutionary and edgy like BoC, not upbeat like Thievery/ Dzihan & Kamien, just smooth, solid composition and beautiful music. First track, Knuddelmaus, (dare I say) in the same class as Orbital's Halycon. Looking forward to "A Strangely Isolated Place."

Also, I followed the suggestion listed by "tim" and bought the disk via the Forced Exposure website. $15, $4 shipping, arrived in 3 days. For some reason AMZN wants to charge $30 and does not have the last release (?!)"

""Simply put: Far Away Trains Passing By is elegant, simple and beautifully refined ambient techno. These melodies aim straight for the heart and capture it, embracing you in a dance of pure bliss that will have you spinning around the room like a whirling dervish.""
