Good but the style is changing.

"I am a fan of Ira Stein and Russel Walder since their Windham Hill projects.
I was excited about this CD when I spotted it in Amazon and don't misunderstand me,
I really like it but it's not exactly what I was expecting from these two great musicians.
It is a nice effort but you'd understand me if you are a follower of their past projects and then compare them to this one.
I am not saying it is a bad CD, just use your judgement.
Maybe you'll like it !!!"
Elegance, beauty and feeling.

"Oboist Russell Walder and pianist Ira Stein appear as the perfect couple as they sound together just like one musical soul. The opening melody of the first song gives you an idea of the wonder hidden in this album. Adventurous tracks like `First Light' (the best song of the album), beauties like the first song or `Neutral Angel', a perfect combination of oboe's feeling, piano's elegance and drum's pulse and a marvellous sound travel, emotional songs like the last one, `Flying in Red Square'... the album is full of sensitiveness and the captivating sound of Walder's oboe make this duo second to none."
