What a true gem for the 80's

"Probably ignored by many and probably more upon its re-release on CD, this collection of tunes never fails to excite. Pure pop raggedness, out and out rock, addictive hooks, artsy experiments...hell, this has it all, including the pure pop masterpiece and Felt tribute "Christina". But there are other moments as well---the jet propulsiveness of "Oils" and "Dalmations", the acoustic power pop of "Can't Sit Still", the psycho proto-metal punk of "Castro 59" and the sheer odd beauty of the synth driven "The Hill." Definitely an overlooked seminal work of the late 80's, you have no excuse to overlook it now. Buy it now, its magic awaits you."
