"I'm slowly becoming a bigger UL fan. The first cd I got by them was their self titled. It wasn't what I was expecting, but I really liked it. I then picked up Oz Factor, and found myself disapointed with it. There was something about that cd that I didn't like. I thought it was too uneven and never really got to a full potential. A few weeks later, I stumbled across this one by them. I took a risk and decided to pick it up, however, it worked out to my advantage. This is very good cd. It's got an early raw punk style, and while completely different, it's just as catchy as their self titled. The cd starts off good, with the excellent opener "C.P.K.", and while it does have a couple of dull tracks, it still remains solid and interesting. "Suzanne", a track also on Oz Factor, sounds better on here do to a more punky sound and cleaner guitar work. Other standout tracks are "Kill to Breathe", "Shallow", and "Tribute". There are a few dull ones like "World War III" and "Switch", but they don't bog the pace of the cd down. That is something that destroyed Oz Factor. So, if you're looking for a raw, good sounding punk cd, "Blue Room" is worth a try. It's different from UL's self titled, but in ways, just as satisfying. Can't wait for their newest one, which comes out early next year."
