""Be My Last" sounds nice to my ears. Its quite different from Utada's past works.The music video is also nice. Utada fans might find this song startling in either a bad way or a good way. I overall liked the song and am looking forward to hearing her future hits."

"i had just introduced one of my friends to hikki and was complaining to him that she hadnt come out with anything since end of 2002. so i took a trip to her website and saw the announcement for her new single. after the disappointment of exodus, this is a gorgeous song and hikki does an amazing job of controlling her voice and conveying her emotions.



With lyrics like "I was mistaken in love, but it wasn't a mistake" and "More than being connected someday, I want to see you for one hour tonight..." it's hard not to fall in love with this sad and poignant song.



We love you hikki! Write stuff like this for your next english album attempt. I guarantee people won't shy away!"
