Inexpensive Review

"I loved this show when it appeared in NYC. It was pure fun, zany and witty. I had heard Eric Frandsen perform "Inexpensive Tango" in the Village before, and here is more of his very funny stuff. I'm surprised this show wasn't a bigger hit. They should bring it back! Also, Michael Garin writes some clever, funny stuff. He had an MTV video with his song,"I'm Turning Into My Parents", which always gets a laugh from friends when I mention it."

"I first saw this show in Bridgeport...not well known, nevertheless it is one of the cleverest cabaret musicals I have seen; the music is infectious and the lyrics are compelling and witty. Taking place in Singapore just before the Japanese invasion, this blends film noir, big band, and Amelia Erheart in a zany and very fast-paced couple of hours of musical glee--go see it if you can find it!!"
