CD Reviews

A must for grandparents
Marie R. Fischer | Rochester, NY USA | 04/16/2010

"I'm around my grandkids alot. When were driving around and the radio or CD is on, we take turns so everyone gets to listen to their kind of music. This CD is great because it helps me become more familiar with the different artists and style of music. They think I'm cool. For grandparents you can listen to a wide variety, instead of a whole CD of just one artist. I'd recommend this CD to you."
A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED

"NOW 33 is not as good as other NOW albums. To begin with, the music just isn't as good as some of the past ones. That is not really NOW's fault, the music recently just isn't too great. There are a few good songs though, which is why I purchased the ablum other than the fact that I just collect the NOW collection. I was REALLY disappointed that NOW 33 lists Lil Jon as being in Jay Sean's song like he is on the radio and after listening to the song, Lil Jon is NOT in the song. That is a very poor mistake that NOW made. That song loses some of its hype without Lil Jon. I wouldn't have been as upset if the track listings didn't list Lil Jon as being in it, but they did! And the other thing that has gotten strange about NOW is that although some of the songs at the end of the CD are good, they are NOW WHAT'S NEXT songs. Most people would rather have good songs that are out right now, not songs from artists we haven't heard of yet or barely have. This would be a great addition if it were bonus tracks after the 21 original songs, but because these are included in the 21 songs, it makes the album feel shorter than its previous releases. It's like oh here are your 16 songs, now we will give you 5 bonus songs making it 21 songs. Where as before, we just got 21 songs anyway. So I'm not too happy with that change. Those are just my thoughts. I enjoy reading other reviews and wanted to add mine. Thanks for reading!"
A different kind of NOW album

"For this latest edition in the series, this volume only features sixteen current hits with the remaining five tracks coming from new artists. The booklet contains a little background information on these new artists and unlike previous volumes, there are no bonus downloads. This may not be as good as NOW albums of the past but there are some good songs to be found here. Here are the peak positions of the current songs on the Billboard Hot 100.
