"This was one of the hottest soundtracks of 98 hats off to the folks over at Interscope for putting together a compliation that surpasses most soundtracks out.. For one thing all the songs here are pretty connected to the theme of the film.. You actually didnt have to see the movie to know what was going on.. The tracks here was a story with in a story .. It gets over to a hot start with in my opinion the best track on the entire CD Zoom performed by Dr. Dre and L.L. Cool J this track banging vintage Dre.. After hearing this song you will wonder why there havent been more collaborations between the two.. The dancefloor anthem Ghetto Superstar- Pras, O.D.B., Mya.. One of the most intriguing collaborations Canibus and African singer Youssou N Doir How Come , Some of the dirty south flava is represented on this disc with Witchdoctor and his blazing track Holiday/12 Scanner, Kill Em Live- Public Enemy , Run- Cappadonna.. All these tracks mentioned are great certainly worth the price of the CD so if you havent already pick this up and a true hip hop head dont let it pass you by again"

"I don't understand all these people saying Ghetto Supastar is the only good song on here. Every song is good. Dr. Dre and LL Cool J's Zoom is good, Pras and ODB's ghetto supastar is good, How Come by Canibus is one of the best songs ive ever heard (Canibus is the best musical artist of all time), Bulworth is a great song with prodigy, meth, kam, and krs-one. There are also good songs from Ice Cube and Mack 10, RZA, Cappadonna, witchdoctor, Black eyed peas, D-fyne, nutta butta and anonymous, Cypress Hill, Public Enemy, and the only (and i mean only) good song from Eve. Why did she leave Dr. Dre for the wack riders, i mean ruff ryders, anyway? With Dre, she was at least half decent."
Hip hop soundtrack worth something

"Finally a hip hop soundtrack worth something other than fleecing fans of their money for a sampler disk. When you see the movie you see how the songs and their themes flow into the movie and what is going on onscreen ("Ghetto Superstar", "Kill Em Live", "Maniac in the Brainiac"). It's tops man! I wish they had included part of Ennio Morricone's score on the cd though. It would have been great to introduce fans of orchestra or film scores to hip hop, and vice versa. great as is however."

The most inspirational and great soundtrack so far...

"The Bulworth soundtrack washes away the stereotypes of rappers who have sold out into materialism. You'll hear them spit some very inspirational lyrics that deal with social and political issues that you thought they were never capable of. You'll be really suprised at how much this soundtrack goes back to the old school of rap. Warren Beatty is the man! And the movie was hilarious."
