"If you enjoyed Disneys "High School Musical" and/or "The Cheetah Girls" movies you just might want to check out The Cheetah Girls 2 soundtrack. It has fast, upbeat songs, that just make you want to get up and dance. The songs also include a message hidden within them. For example "Do Your Own Thing" which could be viewed as it's okay to be different from others, and individuality is a good thing. Music like this is a lot better than some songs that are released these days. And it's not just set for a certain age group. Don't feel guilty if your older than 14 or so and enjoy this music. Do Your Own Thing."
AWESOME!!!!!

"I LOVE the songs from the cheetah girls so much!! They are prefect for kids my age!! I'm ten. I think the cheetah girls should be for girls from at least 6 years old to 14 years old. Believe me, if you like cheetah girls, then you'll LOVE this soundtrack so much!! My favorite songs are The party's just begun, Step Up, Dance with me, and Why wait. It's AWESOME!!!!!"

"I love the Cheetah Girls 2 CD!!!!! The songs have alot of pop with a Latin flavor put in. Some of Raven's solo songs have R/B put in there.
First song on the CD is The Party's Just Begun 10/10 it is the first song onthe CD and is a great song to start out with because the movie has just begun and the party is just started. It has kind of a pop rock flavor. One one of my favorite songs.
Strut is one my top favorite songs because it is about struting around with confidence. I love it because it has a pop and a little spanish langauge and flavor. 10/10
Dance With Me is another favorite songs. It is a hip-hop tango. With Drew Sheeshsly and Bleinda singing. Has a lot of latin pop in it too. 9.5/10
Why Wait? is a great spainsh latin pop song that Bleinda sings solo. I love thatt song. It is a different stlye and flavor than most of the songs I have heard of. 10/10
A Lan Nanita Nana is a spainsh lullaby. I like it because it expresses a spainsh side to the whole pop thing. I don't really like it because it is slower and kind of not my stlye. 7/10
It's Over is a slower song the Raven and Adrienne mostly sing but Sabrina and Kiely join in too. It is mostly about losing a friend and that stuff. A quiet side to the movie. I liked it. 8.5/10
Amaigas Cheetahs is my top top favorite song on CD because it is all about friendship with a pop, spanish, and latin flavor without going slow. some of the line though are alittle cheesy. I LOVE it and think it is a great way to end the movie!!!!
11/10
Cherish the Moment is a slow song with an R/B flavor with a litle pop in it. 5/10
Everyone's a Star is really about loving your self for who you are. 9/10 a solo by raven
It's Gonna be Alright is a ballad by Raven and has an R/B flavor with pop. 3/10 a solo by Raven
Do your own hing is a solo that Raven does the lyircs is good but the beat has got to go. 7/10
Cheetah Sisters Is the same as the first one except no Raven and is faster. I loved the oringal song and like this one too! 10/10
A great CD an is a perfect CD to add to your collection. You shoukd totally by iy. I am a hard song critic but this Album won me over!!!

"The Cheetah Girls (Raven-Symone as Galleria, Adrienne Bailon as Chanel, Sabrina Bryan as Dorinda and Kiely Williams as Aquanette) are back with another album that is filled with girlpower anthems and upbeat positivity, giving you somewhat of a Spice Girls feel when it comes and more than enough encouragement to be yourself.
The album is entirely pop flavored with a little Latin thrown into it every now and then, reminding you that it is actually the soundtrack of their second movie where they strut their stuff in the streets of Barcelona.
I haven't actually seen the movie, but I own both their first album and their Christmas album, so when this one came out I just bought it, knowing that I, as a pop junkie, wouldn't be disappointed. Of course, there are better artists and singers out there, but I still find it a feel-good album with an even better message. Plus, it's the perfect music to dance to and sing along with.
The album jump-starts with 'The Party's Just Begun' and 'Strut', just the right tracks to start off the tracklist with. They're definitely dance worthy and the 'Cheetah' attitude is ever present. Their voices are also showcased, especially in the first song where they go a little old school and do a little acapella breakdown, followed by the perfectly timed dance breakdown.
'Dance With Me' is the third track and the Cheetah Girls make way for Drew Seeley and Belinda, who also represent two characters in the second movie. It's also an upbeat song where pop, some r&b and a little Latin all get together.
'Why Wait' is the song that follows and is sung entirely by Belinda. This song is more rock influenced and therefore sounds just a little different than the others songs on the album, 'Do Your Own Thing' by Raven-Symone, track no. 6, excluded.
Track 5 is, again, one that features Belinda, though Cheetah Girl Adrienne joins her this time for a Spanish ballad, that almost sounds like a lullaby, 'A La Nanita Nana'. Their two voices sound beautiful together, almost magical if you listen to this song as a lullaby, although it might take getting used to.
I already mentioned the sixth track, 'Do Your Own Thing', the first of three solo songs by Raven-Symone, something that is understanding since she has one of the better voices, together with Adrienne Bailon (3lw).
In 'It's Over' the Cheetah Girls slow it down together for the first time, though Raven and Adrienne sing most of it, and their voices do sound really good together.
'Step Up' follows and in this song all of the Cheetah Girls step up again to sing, their vocals blending flawlessy in the chorus. It's a song that falls into the same category as 'The Party's Just Begun' and 'Strut'. Another dance breakdown is incorporated into the song, together with another vocal one. They are my favorites because it's there that the vocals reach their tops and the energy gets the highest, just as in 'Amigas Cheetas' a high energy and latin inspired track.
'Cherish The Moment' takes it down a couple of notches from there, though it isn't an actual ballad. It somewhat has the sound of a gospel song.
'Cheetah Sister' is the last song the Cheetah Girls sing together. The song was also on their very first album, but they remixed it to add more of a Latin feel to it, but the message is the same.
The song is finished off with 'Everyone's A Star' and 'It's Gonna Be Alright', two of the total three songs that are sung by Raven-Symone. The first is an extremely catchy song and the second is probably the most r&b inspired song on the album thanks to the chorus and one of the songs where Raven steps up with the vocals and you can really hear how good she can sing, although it isn't my favorite. I actually don't have a favorite song because this is one of those CDs where you don't have to skip a single track, if you're a pop lover like me that is.
It might just be their best album yet. :)"
