"I owned this CD about 8 years ago, lost it when someone stole it out of my car about 6 years ago and COULD NOT REMEMBER THE NAME! Finally found it by looking for a combination of three of the melodies on here. I've been lost without it. The music selections (most anyway) are combined with nature sounds in such a way that they are very easy to adapt to "rituals" or "meditations". All one needs to do is program the order they want to hear and the imagination will take care of the rest! Namaste!"

"After an auto accident that required that I receive chiropractic care I heard selections of this CD while warming my back on the treatment table. There are many bird calls and songs, plus other animals from the forest that complimented the quiet, soothing music. I decided to get the CD to duplicate that relaxing and pleasant experience. Now I leave it on in the background at home just to have a divergence from the noisy, hurried and sometimes hostile music that is so common on the radio."
