"The FAS have lost nothing in all these years. Johnny Pacheco and crew continue to be a cohesive unit that puts its best foot forward each and every time. Andy Montanez is at his vocal best with an excellent arrangement from Alfredo de la Fe. It's great to see him with Fania !!! Bobby Valentin is back arranging tunes as he did earlier. Andy, Ismael Miranda and Adalberto Santiago shine vocally !!! The down sides are, no Ruben Blades, no Ray Barretto, not enough Larry Harlow and no group vocals as in "Ella Fue, Ponte Duro",etc...I hope that they return to the recording scene soon. Jerry Masucci would want that."
