CD Reviews

This is so worth it.

(5 out of 5 stars)

"In light of Brazil's recent World Cup victory, this CD seems especially appropriate. It's essentially a sampler of Brazilian football's greatest hits, from audio highlights from matches to songs by some of Brazil's greatest artists who love their football as much as their music. It even includes a samba written and performed by one of Brazil's largest football supporters' club at Sao Paulo's Carnaval and a duet written by Pele himself. At any rate, this CD captures a glimpse the flavor, grace and rhythm behind Brazilian football, something that even non-fans can appreciate."
