"A choice disc. It sinks slowly through the first track and before you know it, you'll find yourself about as deep as you could want to be. The music then moves through a well selected variety of styles, all the while remaining at a respectable depth. It actually starts to lose momentum towards the end of the album - the pace slows and varies, and the tracks don't have much punch. But the first half of the disc is good enough to carry it to a four-star rating."
