"This is the second mix CD from Hed Kandi. Summer 2004 features the hottest tracks from the Hed Kandi dancefloor mixed together. Their compilations are unmixed but not here, the songs are mixed. The first disc is the Disco Heaven mix. Highlights include Peyton's "A Higher Place", StoneBridge's "Put Em High", Funkstar De Luxe feat. The crickets "When I Think Of You", and Soul System feat. Jungle Bros on "Feels So Good". Disc two is the Twisted Disco mix, my personal favorite. The cuts on here are very edge and darker house tunes, with great beats. Highlights include Bonnie Bailey's "Sweet Serendipity", Therese's "Time", Seamus Haji's take on "Last Night a DJ Saved My Life", Junior Jack's "Stupidisco" and Solasso feat Kate Smith on "Whatever (Keep Me Guessing)". Disc three is the Back to Love mix, classic club hits from the late 80s and early 90s. Highlights include Ce Ce Peniston "Finally", Puple "The Lover That You Are", Inner City "Pennies from Heaven", Robin S "Show Me Love", and many others. Overall a nice mix cd that gives you an idea what the respective albums are about."
