"This is the best CD collection yet for 50's music fans. The "Memories Of Times Square Record Shop" series is one of the best audio discographies of the Vocal/Group Harmony sound of the 1950's. Featuring both well known as well as obscure Doo Wop and Vocal Group recordings that were popular during the "Alan Freed" era of radio. Two of my personal favorites on this CD is Again by the Universals, and So In Love, by the Classics. Both of these songs bring out the richness and vibrance of the Vocal Group/Doo Wop sound. The song, "Again," has one of the highest tenors ever recorded on an R&B label and a high second lead, very dreamy and almost angelic sounding. I dare any couple to try and listen to this CD together without getting "romantic" with one another. :)"
