The Best I've Heard So Far.

"Of all the Trance music I have listened to over the past seven years, I would have to say this is the most memorable that I have had the pleasure of hearing and then later owning. These songs(in my personal opinion and I'm sure some of you will disagree) are the clear defenition of trance. Since I find nearly all of the tracks are enjoyable, I feel it would be easier to list which tracks I don't like; those are:
02 If I Were You [Michael Woods Remix]:
Not a lot of emotion, but still has a powerful beat that you can dance to.
11 C:/Del*. MP3:
I do like this song, but I think I should say that it's first impression makes it out as the emotionless techno stereotype, which is true to a point but doesn't make it any less of a song.
05 Crush [PVD Remix]:
It's a good song, it is just placed in an inapropriate position. After "No One on Earth", it's opening lyrics come off as kind of Conceded. That's my only problem with however, as the vocals are, in fact, top notch.
11 Nothing I Won't Do
&
12 Summer Jam 2004 [DJ F.R.A.N.K.'s Summermix Extended]:
These just don't fit in the album at all in my opinion and seem very lowbrow and immiture for lack of a better description coming after something as beautiful and melodic(in my opinion) as "Now That We Are Free"
As for the tracks I like so much that I can't describe why, I've narrowed down my top five(in track order) to:
01 Beautiful Things [Gabriel & Dresden Unplugged Mix]
03 Turn It Around [Extended Mix]
12 Holding Onto Nothing [Original Mix]
03 Newlife [Original Mix]
10 Now That We Are Free [Extended Mix]
in close second:
07 Another World [Original 12" Mix]
08 Santa Cruz [R.E. Mix]
01 Take Me to the Clouds Above [Flip and Fill Remix]
04 No One on Earth [Gabriel & Dresden Remix]
06 Sahara
Please Note that these opinions have been written after listening to both CDs several times and do not reflect my first impressions on them."

"Trance Nation America 3 seems to pick up right where Volume 2 left off. Although this one isn't mixed as well as Vol. 2, the tracks are just as good if not better. The first cd is highlighted by Lasgo's "Surrender," Angelli & Nelson's "Holding On To Nothing," and Ashavaa's "Sunlight." Cd 2 features Benny Bennasi with "Love Is Gonna Save Us," and "Sun Is Shining," by DT8 Project. This is a tremendous cd and any trance fan should have this one in their collection."

"Was at the store and took a risk on this cd since i didnt know whether it was vocals or not. Its really good some are vocals and some arent, but still a great cd."
