2009 release, the third and final volume of the Club AC30 compilations of current bands covering Shoegaze classics. Coined by the NME to define a certain genre of noisy guitar bands, the term 'Shoegazing' has come to encompass a great chunk of alternative music from the late '80s, from Jesus & Mary Chain, via Spacemen 3 and Galaxie 500, to Ride, Slowdive, Chapterhouse and My Bloody Valentine. Club AC30 has been promoting noisy guitar shows in London for five years, and after their first two successful albums of Shoegaze tributes, Volume #3 features The Daysleepers, Hearts Of Black Science, Spotlight Kid and Wry and other current bands covering classics from Ride, My Bloody Valentine, Jesus & Mary Chain, Swervedriver and more. There's also Ulrich Schnauss performing 'Love Forever' with original Chapterhouse members Andrew Sherriff and Stephen Patman.
