Beautiful Soothing Music

"The music on this CD is very soothing and very beautiful. I'm hardly an expert on international music - I got this CD because my husband really tries to make a point to play music to go along with the cuisine for our evening meal - and this is very very nice. Very mellow and very soothing. I listened to this just yesterday as I was making a double batch of gyoza. I've come online to see about getting another CD or two of this series. The recipes that come with the CD are OK, not fantastic, not too different from what I already have - perfect for someone just starting to learn asian cuisine."
