"Well, here we are... finally, the followup to the successful "UK Garage Flava" and "Pure Garage volume 1" album has been released. Mixed by EZ, one of the leading men on the scene, this album proves that UK Garage is the dominating force in Britain, and it's just a matter of time before it takes over the rest of the world. The album is mixed to perfection by EZ, using lots of DJing tricks, and it's mixed live, i.e. no computer, unlike many other Garage compilations. The track selection highlights the full spectrum of what people are calling "Garage" nowadays, from the extremely repetitive but awfully catchy breakbeat techno monster "Dooms Night" to the smoothly produced and funky "Flowers". This album has a little bit of everything, MC-driven tracks like "Fly Bi", DJ Dee-Kline's experimental breakbeat sound (sometimes referred to as "Nu Skool Rave"), the funky vocal, melodic stabs, and fierce basslines of "Glad You Came To Me", fabulously remixed by the awesome Wideboys to the soulful singing of Craig David, now one of Britain's biggest stars, on "Fill Me In". I would duly recommend this album to any fan of UK Garage from the world around, and if you haven't heard of UK Garage before, I definitely recommend this album, take a listen to it and see what makes clubbers in Britain and Ayia Napa throw their hands up in the air! The garage flavor lives (now let me just wait for Pure Garage 3)!!!"
