Album DescriptionTony Visconti is one of the most important and influential music producers of the last 40 years. This collection of 17 tracks from the Visconti archives is a fitting tribute to the scale and scope of his work. The album includes gems such as the French version of Bowie's "Heros" (never before released on CD), the original Mercury single of the Bowie track "The Prettiest Star", the Bowie/Bolan/Visconti written & recorded "Dib Cochra" track "Oh Baby, the rare Surprise Sisters version of the Beatles track "Got To Get You Into My Life" plus T Rex glam stompers Telegram Sam and Metal Guru along with more recent works such as the Morrissey track "You Have Killed Me" and the Visconti arranged Mercury Rev track "Chains". Put together with the full cooperation of Visconti the album will be packaged in hard card digi pack with 20 page booklet including rare archive photos of many of the featured artists along with essays and track by track notes written by Visconti expert Neil Myners.
