The newest selection in Hataklit's relaxing Serenity Series is an enchanting and relaxing composition by Ithamar Eshpar, featuring Elisha Avshalom on pan pipes. Recorded at Captain Studios by Arkadi Chaslavsi. On this compilation, Eshpar--a musician, producer, and sound engineer who has worked with some of Israel's leading artists--presents four original creations inspired by the elements. Combining his musical inspiration, technical know-how, and an interest in mystical symbolism, Eshpar creates hypnotic soundscapes in which virtuoso pan piper Avshalom wanders like a lonesome tourist in a strange, astral land. The music presented on this CD will soothe both the body and mind in its exploration of air, earth, fi re, and water. While each track represents a different element, the whole album takes the listener on a meditative voyage that begins high in the atmosphere and ends deep under the ocean.
