I have owned a copy of this disc, in one form or another (it was originally a vinyl release with many fewer songs), since 1990 and I'm gettin' another CD to put in a hermetically sealed, radio-active proof, sub-terranian capsule (along with CD player and batteries), so there'll always be a copy around to play! I am not one for compilations and own very few of them but this is the exception to make. I'm not sure what to compare it to and perhaps that exercise is pointless anyway. Suffice it to say it's pure unadulterated slabs of kick @ss rock 'n soul! Some of the songs are really funny, some dated, some just wail hard, but none are really bad, no duds in the bunch and there are over 28 of 'em! How can you go wrong for [price]?!"
