CD Reviews

Where did the love go?

"If anyone has yet to start their Smooth Grooves collection and they want a CD with the best of their old school jams on them, then this is the CD for you. Ladies and gentlemen there are 20 songs on this CD, yes 20. No intros or interludes, just 20 of the best old school jams on one CD, back to back. Most old school compilations or Smooth Groove CDs will give you about 10 or 12 songs and charge you the same price as this one. This CD is well worth your money. You get songs from The Stylistics, Al Green, Barry White, Luther Ingram, Bloodstone, The Chi Lites and more. My favorite songs on this compilation are "Sideshow" by Blue Magic, "Could It Be I'm Falling In Love" by The Spinners, "Reunited" by Peaches & Herb, "What You Won't Do For Love" by Bobby Caldwell, & "You Are Everything" by The Stylistics. This CD should be perfect for anyone that has a significant other or friend. It should spice things up just a little bit. I recommend this CD to anyone that is a old school r&b fan or a r&b fan in general. You can't listen to Jill Scott & Carl Thomas forever, so try some Smooth Grooves."
