"This recording fits nicely into a holiday jazz groove--terrific musicians and not-too-out-there, distinctive arrangements. Moods are upbeat to contemplative (check out Clay Jenkins' solo trumpet intro to "O Come, O Come Emanuel"--beautiful!) Give it a listen--it's sure to become one of your Christmas jazz favorites."
