"I was so excited when I got this for Christmas. I am a fan of the show an music. But, I realized that it's just background music. I thought they would have songs by the bands in Degrassi such as, Downtown sasquach, PMS, and just all these great songs. I though...maybe.... they would have some of these songs Mr. Nice Guy, poor thing, and that one song Craig sings to Ash. Those are the type of songs I want to here not this stuff. So if you're a fan of the bands in Degrassi this CD is NOT for you!"

"so, this soundtrack is pretty good. the songs were actually featured on the show, BUT i think the choice of songs wasn't great. there were many better songs that deserved to be on this soundtrack. over all, It's OK, but it could have been better =D"

"For what the CD offers, it's amazing. But...the CD doesn't offer what a lot of the fans really wanted...music from the characters. The CD does come with a nice bonus though. Put the CD in your computer and watch the character clips of the show...so you can't listen to the songs on your iPod, but you can watch them on your computer."

"This is a great soundtrack. It features some of the great talent that Canada has to offer, with bands such as Jakelope, Sam Roberts, and Junior Achiever. The disc feature an array of styles that will meet the needs of any teen age rocker. Kicking off appropriately with the Degrassi them song followed by the great indie rockers Tuuli, the disc takes emotional ups and downs bridging with Sam roberts and closing with an extended version of Jakalope's theme song. One of the tracks that stands above the rest and is worth buying the soundtrack for is Junior Achiever's "Suburbs". This is an athem for the middle class American that is stuck in their suburbenite existance at the helm of their parents. It provides great emotional release and finds itself perfectly placed in the #8 slot. This is the best soundtrack to spawn from Canadian television in years!"
