"Vol 1 of this extraordinary pop series is the absolute essential issue; this volume is a terrific second helping. Like all seconds, though, the taste is not quite so sweet as the first.The music here is effervescent, dreamy and straight out of the Sixties, but there is an edge to it that was absent in the first volume. The listener will decide if this is a good thing.Bottom line is, this and the first set are much better 90s throwbacks to the Sixties than any silly old network TV mini series."
