Rate it high only...

"When I first saw this Cd, nothing really caught my eye until I saw the hits by The Models and the Planet P Project. The Models were from Australia and are a one hit wonder with their memorable hit (if you remember it like I do) that peaked at number 37 but Planet P had some decent hits that didn't crack the top 40 like my favorite "Static". (Tony Carey was the keyboardist for the group Rainbow, then became the lead singer for Planet P, then went solo and had 2 top 40 hits back in 1984,by the way). It's great to see some hard to find tunes on a cd compilation even when the other songs are found on a hundred other compilations or if you've never heard of them at all. I rate this high only because of "out of mind out of sight"."
Okay.... But Not Good Enough

"Fortunately, I got this Cd at the local $99. cents store. The songs are listenable if you were a teen or older during the eighties. While there are good songs, most of the cd is extremely bad. How much vintage eighties hit songs could Geffen might had in its repertoire? Not many. However, being that I got it for a buck, it is a bargain for me and I consider it a minor but significant treasure in my collection. The best songs belong to Quarterflash with "Harden my Heart", Debbie Harry's "In Love With Love", Berlin's "Take My Breath Away", Cher's "If I could Turn Back Time" and Asia's "Heat of the Moment." I don't know if it is really worth the price. There are not many recognizable songs, and most probably you may find them in a better cd.Better yet, download the songs from iTunes."
