"this is a great relaxation/New Age CD. Its full of wintry sound effects such as winds, frozen streams timber wolves and of course snow. The music which accompanies the sound effects relaxes you and puts yu in the middle of a winter's day. You can easily envision yourself walking through the snow or trekking through the forest as the winds blow and the wolves howl. A great CD to fall asleep with or have playing in the background as another massages you. Highly recommended."
