Interesting artists pull all registers between Ethno-Pop, Soul and Worldmusic. An acoustic delicacy, that is up-to-date and simultaneous timeless. Neo-World or Nu-World, diversified, entertaining, soulful, brilliant and full of surprises - "global world" for the living room! Cosmopolitical influenced women from different countries of the world again take the listener of a discovery trip on the fourth release of "Women's World Voices". A community of interesting singers give their vocal qualities, characterised by their local culture and in light elegance to the best and proves impressive musical maturity and a sovereign power of expression in variational acoustic facettes. There is no strickt musical frame on "Women's World Voices 4". On the compilation, we wanted to recall on music culture, that, with its varied vocal music from women singing in different languages from around the world - some acoustic, some organic or with electronic elements - fit into the global 21st century spirit. The "Women's World Voices" series reflects the linguistic and musical freedom of the artists. The voices are some times powerful and some times soft, with spiritual depthness or temperamental; all musical registers are being pulled, that varify between Ehtno-Pop, Pop and World Music sounds and the variety of hamonies, melodies and rhythms meet the standard of an outstanding production, even if the songs are not chart-potential. The beginning of "Women's World Voices 4" is Zap Mama's "Danger of Love" in a modern version with DJ Krush. Also "My Funny Valentine" opens a new frame of vol. 4 with it's lounge-jazzy composition. Besides ethno tracks, from Rasha, Mamani Keita from Africa (Mali) or Mariza - the famous Fado singer from Portugal or coming from the French ethno scene - Amina and D Cup featuring Audrey both with slight Arabian influences all the way to the grand dame of Cape Verdian music - Cesaria Evora, new trends arise from the different countries. Young artists, such as Etro Anime, coming from The Netherlands and America, Aziza-A from Turkey, living in Berlin with cool Turkish Rap or Jazzamor from Germany give Women's World Voices 4 a young touch. Again, also as in "Women's World Voices" 1, 2 and 3 - GUIDO.ARTWORKS visually underlines the music with his fotographies of women, that reflect emotional touch and sentimental expression of the natural erotic beauty of women.
