"Little seems to be the only Vic Chesnutt album without any Amazon reviews, and it's my favorite one, so I'm writing a review. Little is mostly singing with guitar and no other instruments. There is some very nice organ on a couple of the songs. Singer/songwriter-with-guitar is not usually a type of music that is especially appealing to me. I do like some musicians who sometimes fall into that category, but in general I like to hear at least a couple of instruments. But I have listened to this album many times and never get tired of it. I find the lyrics often very moving, and interestingly worded--very literary. Vic has a unique style. I highly recommend this, his first album (and produced by R.E.M.!)."
