"When I bought this album I thought it was going to be like
Cradle of Filth, Dimmu Borgir or Immortal.
But nah! This album is pure brutality of evil and satanism in
the black metal genre. The vocals sounds very evil and demonic.
This band and album is one of the best of the black metal genre."
Very haunting ,eerie black metal from the USA

"Phil Anselmo fans here is another cd to add to your library. For those that don't know--Viking Crown is one of the side bands Phil works with when not touring for Pantera. On this particular release he plays guitar, drums and bass! Killjoy from Necrophagia(which also contains Phil under the moniker Anton Crowley) performs vocals. V.C. can best be described as avant-garde death metal. It contains killer riffs and Killjoy's vocals are quite impressive. The addition of Opal Enthroned's keyboards make this an extremely haunting as well as, at times, mellow experience. I highly recommend this."
