The Latin rendition of ?Softly As In A Morning Sunrise? is like no other recorded version of the jazz classic. Here no stone has been left unturned. Vince Seneri comes out burning on the first solo with an intensity played on his B3 that sets the level of groove for the rest of the track. Flautist and Latin jazz great Dave Valentin follows with a Latin solo and flavor that only a flute player like Dave Valentin can throw down.Bob DeVos? guitar playing was brilliant, executing smoothly as both accompanist and soloist backed by the impeccable rhythm section with percussionist Gary Fritz and drummer Buddy Williams. Valentin also joins Seneri on ?Reccato Bossanova? and ?Straight No Chaser? This combination of artistry brings an interesting and exciting interpretation to these standards in the Latin vein. What would a Ray Charles Tribute track be without the legendary David ?Fathead? Newman? Brother Ray was a major inspiration to Vince, thus his presence here on ?Unchain My Heart?. David Newman is also featured on Vince?s original composition ?Organ Boogaloo?.On his original, ?Steamrollin??, Vince Seneri pays homage to his hero Jimmy Smith. Seneri again shows his diversity on Street Talk by performing with the other legendary tenor saxophonist, Houston Person. The big bad sax man brought grandeur to an already outstanding group of musicians on ?Flamingo,? ?These Foolish Things? and ?Walking My Baby Back Home? which helped make a magnificent jazz record. After a thirty-eight second drum track written and performed by Fritz and Williams, called ?Feat For FOUR?, Seneri, DeVos, Williams and Fritz swing hard on ?Beautiful Love? and ?There Is No Greater Love? in the classic traditional organ style. Producer/guitarist Bob DeVos provides arrangements that reveal the many possibilities of organ jazz. Street Talk gives fans a variety of jazz with a multitude of musical personalities. It?s a passionate, top-notch recording that proves Vince Seneri is keeping the Hammond B3 tradition in full swing.« less

"This CD Is GREAT! The best new B3 record out for 2005. Vince Seneri burns on every track of Street Talk on his Hammond B3 Organ. Every track is strong. There's an all-star band on this CD, Grammy Winner Dave Valentin, Tenor Sax Houston Person and David Fathead Newman and more. The music is sensational! I give Vince Seneri and his Hammond B3 Jazz CD, STREET TALK a 5 STAR RATING...I have been a Hammond B3 fan for over 20 years and I must say that Vince Seneri is one of the best organist on the scene today, you'll see why when you get this record. This is the best jazz B3 record I have heard in 2005, and I have them all, this one is truly on TOP! Grammy Material! AWESOME!!"

"This CD does not have pizazz or originality. All of the songs have been written by other musicians and do not have the energy of the original performers. Also, it seems as though all of the numbers were just thrown together. These are imposter songs!
Poor Houston and Fathead for getting pulled into this poor get together. Please no more !!!"
Vince Seneri's CD is all that and more!

"Keep Vince Seneri on your radar, because he's going to be around for a long time! He worked his magic with the B3 on Street Talk! Also, let's not forget the top-rate musicians he's got with him on this project: David "Fathead" Newman, Dave Valentin, and Houston Person. It had to be great! This one you definitely want to have.
