"This is a two disc set, not one as indicated in Amazon's Product Details. Each disc has four tracks ("medleys") with five or six songs mixed in each track. Not coincidentally each track is about the length of a vinyl album side. The mixing isn't perfect but then again seamless mixes are probably the most overrated part of dj'ing.



I would write some superlatives on how great this music is, but if you're here, I think you already know. If, like me, you were to young to catch disco the first time around, you owe it to yourself to get this.



The only warning I'd say is if you're looking for some cheesy disco, than this isn't what you want. This is the dirty, edgy, banging, soulful stuff that will raise your spirits and make you feel good to be alive.

All I have to say about this as far as the music goes is I am bummed that I had to

languish away at school while I should have been old enough to be albe to be

here at these clubs dancing the night away. I would have loved to have been there

at Paradise Garage with the likes of Larry Levan and Walter Gibbons as well as Tom

Moulton spinning. I could have had a fairly decent paying job and at night... Well

one can only dream about what could have been.
