Drawing from the likes of Mclusky and The Melvins for inspiration, Dirty Versions is a compact, immediate record that builds on the quartet s post-dischord sonic template. Dirty versions was recorded in Athens by friend of the Shark Joel Hatstat, who also mixed and mastered the album with the help of the band. We Versus The Shark will spend the first quarter of 2008 criss-crossing the United States on tour. We Versus The Shark, three guys and a girl from Athens, Georgia, like their fun dirty and a little crazed. This puts them squarely in the tradition of other wild-*ssed Southern bands who capitalize on the freedom coming from being in flyover country.
