Highly recommended!

"This CD is really two items in one. When played on your CD player (or my DVD player) you get to listen to three great Weezer tunes - Beverly Hills, and live versions of Island in the Sun and Butterfly. Beverly Hills is a tune my fourteen-year-old daughter and I both agree on, it's great. I also loved Butterfly. I've not heard it on the radio, but it is also a great tune.
Next, when you pop this disc into your computer, it's got a QuickTime movie of the video of Beverly Hills, with the boys of Weezer performing at Hugh Hefner's Playboy mansion. On the downside, I could not figure out how to listen to the three tracks listed above on my computer, just the video. That kind of stinks.
Anyway, my daughter is glad to have this disc, and I am glad as well. We both highly recommend this disc to you!

Great single, but even better b sides

"It would get more of a 4.5/5
The first single for make believe is well written and has a wonderful chorus. I would give this song more like a 4.5/5. After beverly hills comes is what i think is the best performance of island in the sun. even better than than the live song on the lion and the witch ep. I would give the live b side a 5/5. it's simply the highlight of the single. Then comes Butterfly live, the song has a very cool intro with Rivers Cuomo talking. This song is also a very good performance given by weezer. I'd give it a 4.5/5. And for the enhanced bonus video comes beverly hills. Personally I love this video and it would rank with such classic videos such as Buddy Holly and Keep Fishin. The video would get a 5/5. Overall, this single is great and I think you will enjoy the great feautures of it."
Gotta Love This Single

"Beverly Hills is a great single, which totally makes this worth buying. Not only is Beverly Hills a great song, but the two live tracks (Island In The Sun and Butterfly) are sweet as well. They are quite a bit different from the album versions and are truly "must-have's" for any weezer fan. If you are looking at getting this single I would also be sure to check out their album "Make Believe". It's got more of that great Beverly Hills action, and (in this writer's opinion) has some songs that are even better! Be sure to check it out cause weezer is back, and better than ever!"

"I've never been a fan of weezer, or really cared for there music, but when I heard "Beverly Hills", I liked the song, and I didn't even know it was them until someone told me. I know weezer is mostly known for there alternative rock, but this song has more of a pop, rock mix to it, which I think is catchy, and I think it's neat how they decided to do something a little different with there music this time. Overall, good brand new single for a band that came back on to the scene."
Geek Rock

"There haven't really been many acts these past few years that really have been more about image than the feeling or uniqueness of great pop music. One of the most surprising acts these past few years is definitely Weezer. They have really brought up a great deal with the feel of geek rock, and their latest single really does connect with everybody. Their latest track Beverly Hills is a great pop song. It is very upbeat and easily catchy. I like this song because it is very different and very vivid. Rivers Cuomo and company have really got a lot into good music right now. Hopefully, they can keep it up with their next single.
