"Wet Willie has some fine albums out but this one KICKS ASS!!!!! Not only does the harp make the sound bluesy, but then throw in the sax to add a little jazz sound. Best song on the disc is "Shame Shame Shame". Grab this now if you can. the real shame is that this band never quite made it REALLY big."
Hey it's Jimmy Hall what can you say!!

"Imagine the feeling of going to Winterland to see the mighty Santana only to be Knocked off your feet By a Saxaphone Harmonica playing Singing Southerner Named Jimmy! Been there done that, only regret somebody named Santana came on the Stage. Come out west Jimmy we all are looking forward to a Rendevous with the Blues!"
Take me back to Grants and Sundays at The Park in Macon.

"Wet Willie was from a time when being from Macon Georgia was just like being in music heaven. The Sunday afternoons in Central Park and the nights at Grants Lounge would give us many surprises. One of them was this band that had some of the hottest licks in Southern Rock. Wet Willie always seemed to give their best no matter where they performed. Those days may be gone but never will they be forgotten with this old album now remastered into digital CD. Glad I can get it back 28 years later."
