Whiskey Falls is comprised of four accomplished vocalists, songwriters, musicians, and performers - Seven Williams, Wally Brandt, Damon Johnson and Buck Johnson. The band members wrote, co-wrote, or produced all the songs ... more »on their debut album, Whiskey Falls. Whiskey Falls describes themselves as two sets of ''brothers,'' spinning around a ''Calabama'' axis. Seven and Wally are the California connection, while Buck and Damon hail from Birmingham, Alabama. Whiskey Falls came together when childhood friends, and successful film and television composers/songwriters, Seven and Wally, were talked into writing music for themselves during one of their songwriting trips to Nashville. Comps of the sessions got out and an unsolicited label frenzy commenced. Warming to the idea of putting a band together, they were introduced to Buck. Needing a lead guitar player, they called Buck?s friend, Damon, former front man for southern rockers Brother Cane. In a 10-minute conversation, Damon was brought on board as a full-fledge band member, sight unseen. Their successful Film/TV production company called We Three Kings, Inc. is responsible for the themes to: The Simple Life, Shark, Tru Calling, The John Walsh Show, One Ocean View, and many more.« less

"Whiskey Falls harmony can only be compared to Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young. No matter the age, there is a song on this CD for everyone. This is one of those CD's you like to play as you're driving down the road w/the windows rolled down just enjoying the scenery. It simply makes you feel good. Don't regret not buying this CD-do it today!!!"

"Whiskey Falls is the best group I've heard in a long time - they are just as good or at times even better than Rascal Flatts - their harmonies are spectular - a refreshing change - keep up the good work guys

"I haven't heard a group that sounds like this in a long time. Such a combination of real down to earth talent that just kinda puts you right where they are singing about, whether it's the mood or the place. The harmony is unbeatable. I truly hope they take off big time and believe they will. Nobody has gotten my attention like these guys since the Eagles."
Classic country-rock is alive and well

"If you like vocal-oriented bands such as the Oak Ridge Boys, Alabama, Shenandoah, or the electric guitar-oriented country-rock of Poco and The Eagles, then you'll want to check out the Southern rock-flavored country-pop of Whiskey Falls... These guys have a nice, melodic sound and some fine harmony singing as well. A nice, new alternative to the swooping pop and soul of Tim McGraw and the macho swagger of Montgomery Gentry, et al. Definitely worth checking out! (DJ Joe Sixpack)"
Whiskey Falls: Impressive

"The songs on this CD have so much variance which makes it phenomenal. A (relatively) slower song and then a fast upbeat song and everything in between. The vocals are a breathe of fresh air and the instrumentals are absolutley wonderful, especially with "Load Up The Bases (The Baseball Song)". Whiskey Falls will certainly be on the 'rise' with this CD. I love music, a fan of many genres, but this CD/band is certainly one of the best I have heard in a long time. Although I have my favorite songs off the CD, there's not one I do not like (a rarity). Although they only have one song out so far, I am already looking forward to the day they release another CD. Keep up the great work guys."
