"Refreshingly innovative yet palatably "familiar," soothing but stimulating at the same time, Patton redefines the boundaries of Gypsy Jazz with a little geographic exploration into some of the Latin lattitudes, along with a little good old USA Ellington.
Brilliantly executed, these veterans play like they all grew up together. It's a wonderfully clean recording, masterfully mixed, and a true pleasure to listen to--worthy of a permanent spot in a multi-disc recorder.
I'm tempted to get in a plane and fly up to Vermont JUST to hear these guys play live!"
