"It has been my privilege to study music production with William for over 11 years. AuraSound 1 & 2, in my opinion, is some of the most deeply relaxing music that he has ever created. To me the stunningly beautiful "Within" is, even after 19 years since its creation, every bit as fresh and timeless as when he first released this now digitially remastered album and illustrates the depth of quality of his music. On a personal note, when I am stressed beyond normal methods of coping this album is my cure all for it is so outstanding as a "tool" not only for deep mental release and relaxation but also for use in my professional practice as a hypnotherapist. Of all his many albums AuraSound 1 & 2 resonates the most powerfully with me chiefly due to Aura's sensitive and skillful playing of the zither harp which forms the foundation of this album and that alone makes it "mind candy" in its beauty and appeal.William is an artist who has always been way ahead of his time. When I first connected with him in 1984, he had a terrifically successful band named "Heartspace" that did gigs in and around the ultra hip San Diego music scene. While practicing hypnotherapy in that very aware community
I was asked to create personalized stress reduction tapes for individuals. Aura's music was my only choice for trance background in that custom designed work because I knew from personal experience that it would facilitate remarkably deep levels of trance. My clients invariably stated that they have never felt so refreshed after a healing session. Even now, when I create my own background music for trance work I continually refer to his music for technique and, of course, for inspiration because I know that relaxation music is a key element that helps one bypass the ever present stream of self talk active within the conscious mind in order to slide into an optimally relaxed state and permit healing to transpire. Naturally, I hope to achieve similar results and there is no better place to study mastery than at the hands of the master. In my view William Aura's music is in every sense of the word simply gorgeous."
