"This CD contains incredible music that is not "Shakespearian" in nature--none of those funny out of tune viols, recorders, etc. Renaissance instruments here! I was very pleasantly surprised. This is very melodic, lyrical, rhythmical, and dramatic music that can soothe the heart and excite the soul. A great listening experience and a must for any serious collector of music ! Ciao !"
