"I remember seeing this lady on the Morecambe and Wise show guesting for a whole series back in the 70's and being blown away by her voice and her looks.



This is the first album that I have ever come across by her and its the direct transfer of a 70's album with the bonus of 3 additional tracks, The album itself comes across sounding exactly like the sort of material that you would expect to hear from a guest on a variety show back in the 1970's and as such I found it very disappointing. I remember Wilma as having an extraordinary falsetto vocal range and sadly apart from just 2 tracks it is sadly missing from the rest of the album.



I have been unable to track down and other recordings by this classy lady so where is she and what is she doing now? I'm sure that if she was to record an album today with the wide range of material now available she would be able to show us the full range of her vocal talent and not hold back as she appears to be doing in this recording."
