"After 20 years of making music, Windy City Gay Chorus has shown why they are one of the premiere Mens choruses in the country. Legacy showcases their talent perfectly. My favorites have to be "Feast", "Farewell", and "Elegy", Exerpts from a commissioned piece titled "Jonathan and David". "Deep River" and Randall Thompson's "Alleluia" show off their ability for lush harmonies, while the Finale from "The Gondoliers" is as fun a version as I've ever heard. The Windy City Slickers are also featured on the CD with two comedic numbers that balance out the recording perfectly. Also included is "Marry Us", from "Naked Man", a piece commissioned by the San Francisco Gay Mens Chorus, and Mullholland's "Heart, We Will Forget Him". The disc ends with the very appropriate "Walk Hand in Hand". This is a must have for anyone who appreciates Choral music."
