Why does this album get such little attention?

"Most of Wire's work is beyond genre-categorization; as the same goes for this album, I can't really explain much about the extremely varying sound of this piece of music. Wire's last album, Manscape, feels a bit dated, like it was made a few years too late, this one sounds ahead of most electronic music being made today. I personally get the impression that Wire went all-out with this one, musically, lyrically, and artistically. I won't make accounts on specific tracks because I don't want to spoil anything, but if you enjoy Wire, electronic music like Gary Numan or P-Model, don't over-look this under-rated album."
