"This group is a Western duo which likes to invokes spiritual noises from the Middle East, however it sometimes just comes down to MOR jazz fusion reminiscent of the best of Herbie Mann. Only the track "Tribute to Allah" rises to the full promise of what Yulara is. Possibly better to get their first release "All is One" and enjoy the original idea!"
A must for the modern 'Chillout' Collection

"Yes, wow. My music includes groups ranging from Pat Metheny to Bent. I have all four of Yularas' albums, and anticipate the eventual release of their fifth! I like all the songs, but there are definately a few standouts: Tribute to Allah, Deep Hop. To me, this album fits right in - more 'Smooth Jazz' (with soul) than the 'New Age' label that Higher Octave label is known for. It is modern, and upbeat. Good background music; Grab your mood enhancing substance of choice, and crank it up!"
A must buy !

"One of my favorite discs of all time.- subtle with lots of nuances - slow building with hair raising climaxes - tracks 3,5,8 are my favorites"
